About the Founder

Born and bred on Sydney's northern beaches, Geoff did his accounting degree in the 90s and worked in public practice for 20 years.

He gained his tax agent's license predominantly by helping property investors negatively gear and obtain massive tax refunds (one client bought a Fat Boy Harley Davidson motorbike with theirs!). 

Around that time, Geoff started his own property investing journey, securing a two bedroom home on the Central Coast of NSW in 1997 for just $67,000!

It turns out he was great at getting loans, quickly building up a decent sized portfolio of 16 properties by 2003.

There were some valuable lessons learned at this time around avoiding risky stuff and keeping things simple!!  

Geoff learned how to build great wealth through property, simply.

This enabled him to quit his job, play beach volleyball for a few years on Manly Beach and travel the world before starting a family. 

Geoff's desire now is to show others how to build wealth through property, relieve financial stress, and build wealth to bless others and support mission and aid work. 

Geoff is a licensed Mortgage Broker and Chartered Accountant with top 10% results in the Taxation and Financial Reporting modules.

Geoff is married to the fabulous Stephanie and they have three beautiful daughters. 

When he's not crunching numbers and creating spreadsheets, Geoff also enjoys running barefoot and hanging out at the beach with his four girls.
